Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 4 business days after being completed. Generally we ship live plants Monday through Wednesday of each week, though holidays and special events may alter this schedule.

Orders placed during cold weather months may be delayed until your local weather is warm enough to receive plants. Even heat packs have their limits.

All orders are guaranteed to arrive safely, with minimal damage, even if the shipper loses or delays the package. Some minor cosmetic issues are not covered by this guarantee. A little soil out of the pot, a damaged leaf or two, etc. Please contact us within 24 hours if your order has arrived damaged.
